The FamilyFeatures.com, Editors.familyfeatures.com, Marketers.familyfeatures.com, eLivingToday.com and Culinary.net Web sites are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from those FFES sites without registering on editors.familyfeatures.com and adhering to the guidelines as expressed below for Access and Use of editors.familyfeatures.com Web site. With your registration, you may then display and electronically copy, download and publish material contained on those FFES sites for your publication or Web site. If you are a registrant, you can use the materials on the Editors.familyfeatures.com site (the "Media Web site") for publication in print and online.
In developing the content, Family Features works with sponsors to create timely and informative and /or entertaining editorial content.
If materials are used as provided, sponsor attribution is already included and must be retained to allow for full disclosure and transparency of source provider.
If you choose to edit the materials, attribution must be maintained as provided - typically presented as:

We appreciate receiving tear sheets for any materials you publish. This allows us to track usage of the materials. This can be done using one of the following simple methods:

- Return tear sheets in the postage-paid envelopes we provide.
- Provide FFES with complimentary access to your digital edition.
- Provide FFES with a complimentary subscription to your print publication.
For Online Usage
To allow us to track usage of Materials online, we request the following:
- When possible, we appreciate receiving screenshots or URLs for any materials you publish. This can be done using one of the following simple methods:
- Upload screenshots through the Web site by selecting "My Account" and then "Order History" from the main menu. Click on the Upload Placement Icon for content you used.
- Provide FFES with a complimentary access to your digital edition.
- Retain the tracking code provided in the Content Widgets, HTML Feeds, and XML Feeds.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FFES, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your use of the FFES sites (including, but not limited to, negligent or wrongful conduct), by you or any other person accessing the FFES sites using your Internet account.

FFES controls and operates the FFES sites from the company's headquarters in Mission, KS. in the United States of America.
